TASTING NOTE
Strawberry pink delicate coloured and a light carbonic with appropriate fine bbuble. Elegant, complex and intense red fruits aromas, combined with soft tones of lees ageing. Refreshing and dry on the palate, with good acidity and well-integrated carbonic, well balanced and tasty.

VINIFICATION
Fermentatiton in vinification at a temperature of 15-18ºC and 12-15º in cave.
Time in bottle: 9 months before disgorging.
